Somatic therapy is a body-based approach to emotional and nervous system healing that focuses on processing experiences where they are held, in the body, breath and subconscious mind, rather than only talking about them.
This work supports the nervous system completing unprocessed experiences so the body no longer needs to stay in old survival patterns.
The primary framework we use is Root-Cause Therapy, a somatic and subconscious approach designed to help identify and process the root experiences and emotional patterns underlying stress, emotional reactivity, and repeating behaviours.
The session moves at a pace your nervous system can safely integrate, allowing change to unfold in a calm, grounded and intentional way.
This process allows for the completion of unprocessed emotions and experiences that may be causing unwanted thoughts, behaviors, and symptoms in your life.
Sessions are supported by breathwork, subconscious techniques and energetic approaches that help your system release, reorganize and build greater capacity over time.

Step-By-Step Process

In this relaxed conversation, we’ll explore what's showing up for you and whether this work feels like the right fit. You don’t need to have all the answers, just bring yourself. This space is simply for clarity, questions and connection.

In this initial session we lay the groundwork for your healing process. We clarify your goals and gently introduce you to the somatic therapy process.
Note: The word “healing” is used but all healing is considered self-healing. -
These ongoing sessions are where the deeper work unfolds as we support the release of stored stress, emotions, and patterns. Each session builds on the last and moves at a pace your nervous system can safely integrate. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly.
Simple, supportive practices may be offered between sessions to help with integration.

After several sessions, you may choose to explore a deeper hypnosis focused session designed to support rapid shifts around a specific theme, such as confidence, self-worth, or procrastination. This option is offered only when appropriate and when you feel ready.

You may reach a point where emotional healing feels complete and the work naturally opens into expansion. This phase is rooted in manifestation and exploring how your nervous system, subconscious mind, and energetic field shape what you experience. Here, the focus shifts from healing the past to consciously creating and embodying what’s next.

Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT
RTT® is for those ready to create rapid change. This session combines guided hypnosis with neuroscience to rewire limiting beliefs at the subconscious level. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-worth, habits, or emotional blocks, RTT® delivers results that help you shift from stuck to empowered, quickly and effectively.
Beyond Quantum Healing BQH
BQH® is a heart-centered exploration session using deep hypnosis, energy work, and intuitive guidance. It supports you in accessing your intuition, and receiving guidance from within around questions you’ve been wanting answers to.
Integrated Energy Therapy IET
IET® is a calming and restorative. It blends acupressure with traditional Reiki techniques. Using gentle touch on key energy points to clears blockages, releases stored stress, and restores balance to your mind and body.

This work is non-clinical and trauma-informed, designed to support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and personal growth. My role is to guide and facilitate your process using somatic, subconscious, and integrative approaches. I am not a doctor, psychologist, or licensed mental health provider.
This work is not appropriate for individuals who are:
In active crisis or living in an environment that feels unsafe on an ongoing basis
Experiencing severe or unmanaged mental health conditions
Living with psychotic-spectrum disorders, dissociative identity disorder, or severe bipolar disorder
Requiring clinical PTSD treatment or psychiatric care
Navigating medical or neurological conditions that require close supervision
If any of these apply, I strongly encourage working with a licensed medical or mental health professional. In some cases, this work may be used as support alongside licensed care, when appropriate.

This work is body-based and rather than conversational. While talk therapy focuses primarily on cognitive and analytical, somatic and subconscious therapy works directly with the nervous system, emotions, and the body. The body is where experiences are held. We do not just talk about what happened. We support your system in processing and releasing it, so change can actually happen.

Most clients experience meaningful shifts over eight to twelve sessions as the work builds and integrates over time. Healing and growth are not linear, so sessions move at a pace your nervous system can safely integrate. Some people feel complete sooner, while others choose to continue into deeper layers.

No. You do not need to have a clear goal or story prepared. We work with what is present in your body and nervous system in the moment, and clarity often emerges naturally through the process. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

This work is deep, but it is not about pushing or reliving experiences. Sessions are guided in a calm, regulated way, with a strong emphasis on safety, grounding, and integration. Many clients describe the process as relieving and clarifying, even when working with challenging material.

Yes. This work can complement talk therapy, medical care, or other healing modalities when appropriate. When clients are supported elsewhere, sessions focus on nervous system regulation and emotional processing in alignment with their overall care.
